Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.” Dean Robinson reset my license key before but did not solve the problem. Please help. |

You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now. from the http://www.cenaps.eu/sv running espresso 3.1.30.4P |
Hi Maltesen, Is this a multisite installation? The reason I ask is our auto updater license key check does not work with multi site. |
Josh, could you please look at my site too? My site http://www.ReikiEducation.org is not a multisite installation. My post is just above Maltesen post. Thanks. |
My sites is not multisite. It is 4 different WP installations. |
We can try assigning a new key for your account. @ maltesen I’ll assign a new key for the /sv subdomain. |
Can you reset the http://www.cenaps.eu/en as well? |
This has been reset. |
Josh, I updated the site license key but still it didn’t work. The message shows “There is an automatic update for Event Espresso available but your Site License Key has not been set. Please go to the Event Espresso General Settings page to set your Site License Key for this addon.” |
@ bcoryer Hi, The licence is showing not in use. Can you please try removing the licence key form the General settings, saving the options. Get the current licence key from your account page and adding that to the General Settings and saving. |
Dean, |
Ok I finally got it working. Thank you Dean. |
