Unwanted image being pulled into custom email template

Hi there,

I am having an issue with a custom email template.

For some reason, one of my custom email templates (messages > custom templates), includes an image file of an unrelated logo, that I have not included in the template and have no idea where this is coming from or how to remove. The website developer has reviewed the template code and that image file does not appear anywhere, so we have no idea how this is occurring or how to remove. Any advice?
