unknown item appearing on invoice

We have event with a $100 off promo code of “EARLYJAN18”. However, the PayPal invoice that we receive says “Item #2: 100 off for Bringing Baby Home” and then applies a $100 discount. We do NOT have any promo code with that name. We don’t know why promo code appears.

Hi there,

“Item #2: 100 off for Bringing Baby Home” would not necessarily be a promo code. It could also be a Price Modifier set in the event editor, or even a codeless promotion item.
