Unjabel to Add Registration through Dashboard

Unable to complete new registration through the Dashboard. Am allowed to select ticket and quantity, but when I click on the Add tickets and Continue to Registrant Details button, simply returned to the same page with the Qty back at 0.

System does record ticket as Rsrvd.
