unable to reorder questions

Hi
I read in your support topics that “If you go to the Questions page and hover your mouse over a question, you will see your pointer change to a 4 arrow pointer. If you then click and hold you can drag the question to a new position thus changing the displayed order.”
I have looked in Chrome and Firefox but don’t get the 4 pointer cursor.
What should I try?

Hi,

In EE4, it’s done slightly differently. Create or Edit a question group and you can drag and drop the questions there – screenshot http://take.ms/bar1A
