I’ve been successfully processing payments using the Braintree Gateway for a few years now. We just recently changed banks and received a new Public, and Private Key. I’ve updated this information in the configuration settings in Event Espresso.
An Authorization exception means the request is retuning a 403 response, which usually means either the Merchant ID or keys are incorrect.
Can you double-check all of those values match your Braintree account?
