Unable to process payments

I’ve been successfully processing payments using the Braintree Gateway for a few years now. We just recently changed banks and received a new Public, and Private Key. I’ve updated this information in the configuration settings in Event Espresso.

However, testing failed when trying to purchase a ticket for our event. An error message is shown. View this link to see the error message.

If you can please make this urgent, as we would like to receive payments for our event.

Hi there,

An Authorization exception means the request is retuning a 403 response, which usually means either the Merchant ID or keys are incorrect.

Can you double-check all of those values match your Braintree account?
