Unable to apply payment or issue refund

When I attempt to apply a payment for a check payment or issue a refund, I only see an opaque gray box appear at the top of the screen. I’ve been able to apply refunds before (with earlier versions) but not now.

Hey Dawn,

I just tested this in EE 4.7.10 without any problems. Can you send me a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Hi Dawn,

I can see on your site you are using the Ultimate Member plugin, there is a known conflict with UM as it adds content to all of the admin pages which causes the EE javascript to load the model off the page.

We recently had a couple of reports of this same issue here:

One of those members posted a work around using a plugin calls ‘Plugin Organizer‘ to prevent UM from loading on EE pages within the admin here:

Thank you, I will disable the Ultimate Member plugin for now and look into the plugin management filters at a later time.
