We would like to use our 2nd license for a new live site however we are unable to activate it. There is no error shown when we put in the license key and clicked save. Please help.
Are you referring to the key that ends with _FREE? If so, this other key isn’t intended to be activated with Event Espresso 4 premium. It’s intended to be used with decaf. If you have another account with another key, please let us know the name of the account and we can investigate.
Hello, purchasing a support license multiple times will extend the support license rather than add additional support license keys. I added an extra support license key as I did see your additional support license purchase at the end of August.
