I set up a custom message for my Registration Pending Payment email. However, when we test the system, my registrants are receiving both the custom email and the default email. How do I correct?
Usually when someone reports the above they have set the event admin context to send to the registrant, so then the user receives both the message intended for the admin, and the message intended for the registrant.
Can you take a screenshot of your custom message template and add it here?
