We are currently experiencing some caching issues, for example, we have a notification that we’re not running the most current PHP version, but I know that we are. Anyway, I would like to go through and deactivate all the plugins. If we deactivate EE and MER – Multi Event Registration (EE 4.7.0+) and Calendar 4.3+ when I reactivate, will all the events be “back to normal.” Any other suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!!
The issues started when we tried to update a post and the wordpress editor box kept disappearing. So we did some troubleshooting, but that didn’t “take.”
Then we updated the child theme, but that’s also not updating accurately. Still have a notification that the theme is out of date, but when you look at the files via FTP, it’s clearly the newest version.
Then we also know it’s running the most current PHP (using PHP checker and in c panel), but EE is giving us a notification that it’s the old PHP version.
We don’t have a caching plugin installed, but we are using CloudFlare. The host is Dream Host and we have caching turned of on the server side. I purged all the files on CloudFlare already, but nothing changed. So, I was going to go through and turn off all the plugins and see if there’s an issue there. Detective work… Thanks!
After you dismiss the PHP version notification does it re-appear after another page load?
