Transaction ID export

When we export the Attendee list, it does not include the Transaction ID from each registration. We want this included so we can cross reference with our banking records.

We want to have the Transaction ID included in “Export To Excel”. How is this added into the Attendee list for export?

We are using EE vers.3.1.36.5.P installed.

Hi,

The attendee export list does include the Transaction ID if it is provided by the gateway. Which gateway are you using?
