Tickets not adding to cart – green box

Hi there
We have just had an issue occur that is now preventing ANY tickets from being added to the cart. There is a green box that comes up in place of a successful add to cart
Can you provide urgent assistance

this happened to me when I attempted to upgrade to the latest version.

There were other errors for me – including the backend of WordPress creating 500 errors.

I had to rollback to the previous version which fixed it for now.

Hi @SmarterSelling

Looking over your site you server both http and https version fo the site, some requests are going to http and then redirected to https and others are starting https and sending requests to http.

How did you enable HTTPS on the site?

It looks like files are missing from your version of Event Espresso, may I ask how did you update EE on that site?

Thanks Tony. We had the plugin customised extensively to suit the client needs so I think that is why the files are like that
The host enabled the HTTPS, I will discuss with them

@smarterselling, if you temporarily remove the customizations do the tickets add to the cart as expected?
