I am trying to create an event with multiple ticket items. Each time I create a new ticket and save the event, all but the first ticket disappear. I have tried to remove all plugins one at a time and save tickets. Nothing changed. I have created several events and tried different ways to create tickets and all of them continue to remove the tickets upon saving. Here are my plugins. Akismet BackUpWordPress Select Contact Form 7 Event Espresso Event Espresso – Calendar (EE 4.3+) Google Translator ITM SIMPLE HIDE MOJO Marketplace Really Simple CAPTCHA Simple Custom CSS WP Edit I am struggling to figure out why this is happening. I did not install a new plug in. I did however update Event Expresso to 4.6.14p from 4.6.10p. The tickets were creating fine yesterday after the upgrade. It just started today and I can’t pinpoint why this started. Thanks, Rob |
Hi Robert, Can you check the console (using Firebug or Chrome’s Web Inspector) for JavaScript errors? |

– ok. I figured it out. Thank you for the Console debugger idea. I was getting a Invalid TimeStamp error. it immediately triggered my memory. Last night I was just reviewing the general settings in WP-Admin and I changed the UTC time to Central (-5 UTC). I did not make any ticket changes after that. This morning it was breaking. I reset the UTC time and that resolved the issue. Thanks again! |
Hi Robert, Event Espresso needs a region/city near you to work correctly. It stores the date times in the database as UTC and then uses the offset from the region/city to adjust to your time. If you are seeing strange issues with the date times on your site, then another plugin may be incorrectly changing the time. Can you temporarily test with only Event Espresso running? — |
