This is really starting to get annoying. I’ve been following all the instructions you guys have been giving me, and I’m still having certain issues. The biggest one is that my tickets become expired before the time I’ve set! Can I please request that you log into my account and check to see what the problem is?

Hi, I recall that you recently switched to a different hosting plan.

Could you also ensure that your WordPress site is set to a city/region near you and not the default UTC setting?

This can be found in WP-admin (WP Dashboard) –> Settings –> General.

Yes confirmed! Time zone is set to New York! Help! This is costing me money !!

WHY IS NO ONE RESPONDING?? Please Login to my page and tell me what needs to be done to fix this! That fact that I cant call someone and talk to a real human to fix this really stinks! I have to wait for hours through this stupid forum board is HELL!
