We have ticket sales open for an event and have set it up exactly as we have for several events but this time as tickets are being sold the ticket type is not being shown on their tickets. Also the column in the attendee for options which usually shows which option they purchased is blank. We have the option of General Admission and Brides Admission and we’ve done a test and you can select from either of those in the sales portal when purchasing it. They are then directed to PayPal and the transaction is finalised but again the ticket type is blank. Is there some sort of update that has disabled something? We are running Event Espresso 3.1.37
I can see your using 3.1.37.6, did you recently update to this version?
The reason I ask is there was a fix included within 3.1.37.3 for an issue that would prevent the PayPal IPN from updating the registration correctly. So I just want to confirm the registration your are currently testing where made using 3.1.37.6?
Can you link me to an event I can run a test registration on please.
Thanks so much for your prompt reply. After sending through the message I delved in further and noticed there was an update and thought I’d try that and see how it goes while waiting to hear back. We haven’t received another ticket sale over the weekend to check but hopefully that solves the problem as you say.
