Public ticket type changes on checkout page. We use WP User Integration plugin (and many other EE plugins) and when logged in users get correct price for that ticket type. https://odnoregon.org/events/monthly-program-january-12-2022/ with ticket type “All Others” |

Hi there, So, what is not working as you’d like? Is a ticket price changing during the checkout? If so, what ticket, and what is the situation with someone logged-in or logged-out? I’m not sure the situation is clear, can you provide more detail? |
If you click on that link in the OP you’ll see the event. If you choose “All Others” and hit “Register Now” on the check out page it changes the ticket to “OODN Partner Organizations” which is a cheaper ticket and not the correct one. We have another site running EE on the same host having the same issues as well. |

Answers to your questions: Yes, the ticket type changes when the user goes to the checkout. Some times that’s a member only ticket type or a cheaper ticket but it’s not what the user selects. When logged in this doesn’t happen and works as expected. |
Hosting has told me there’s no caching at all enabled on the site. Hosting is Nexcess. |
Is the “All Others” ticket the only type of ticket where that happens? |
It’s happening on other ticket types as well. |

Hi there, I just wanted to keep you updated on this as I’ve managed to reproduce this locally and we are investigating the cause. |
Thanks Tony! Looking forward to a fix as we have events very soon. |
Any updates on this? |
Is there any thing being done to fix this? Tony mentioned it was recreated there so there’s an issue with the plugin. Should we be seeing an update to this ticket and the plugin soon? |
Any updates on this? We haven’t heard anything back, we purchased a premium support token which we used, and it’s still broken. |

Hi there, Firstly, my apologies for doing a poor job of keeping you in the loop on this, I should have done a better job of communicating what the issue was and what was happening with the fix here. The fix for this turned out to be more involved than expected, it involved changes to the ticket selector and how ticket selections are processed and a lot of functionality relies on how that works it wasn’t an easy (or quick fix). However, I’ve just pushed version 4.10.24.p live which should fix this on your site. You likely won’t see this on your site yet but if you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and just hit save with no changes it will force an update check with our servers. Install that update and it should fix the issue with the tickets. |

Thank you for the reply and for fixing the issue. I’ve updated our site and it’s working as expected now. |
