Ticket Templates not in admin menu

Hello there! I’ve installed the plugin, activated it, and deactivated it a couple of times. I can’t do anything to get the Ticket Template menu item to show up!

Thoughts?

I purchased the full version of EE4 with all of the add-ons. Thanks!

Hi there,

Have you installed and activated the Printable Tickets Add-on?

If so the ticket templates are within the ‘Messages’ system.

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages.

There you will find the ‘ticket’ message type. Click on the ‘Recipient’ context to edit the template – http://take.ms/IG9nY
