Ticket Templates are blank!

I editing a HTML ticket template yesterday and was making changes. No problem.
Today I went to edit and the HTML and Text areas are blank!
I am able to print tickets and see the work that I did but I no longer can see (and edit) the templates.
If I create a new ticket — that is blank too!

I logged off and logged back on and ran a developer console “inspect” on the page and now they are back… (shrug)
