Hi, |
Hi there, If you switch to a default theme such as twentyseventeen and retest, do you have the same issue there? You can do this using the WP Health Check plugin, enable troubleshooting mode in the wp admin bar, then re-acitvate EE4 (again you do this in the admin bar) and retest the page you used the shortcode on. Does it load correctly then? |

I got it. I deactivated, deleted and re-installed EE and its extensions.Ot worked. However, I have a new problem: I need my future students to apply first, then I should approve and then they should be able to make their payment with a credit card in multiple payments with payment reminders. I set the system to Un-approved mode as default but it doesn’t care. It straightforward asks for payment. There is no point to accept payment first and then approve. Please advise. Thanks. |
Hi, You’ll actually need to go in and edit the event and set the Default Registration Status to “Not Approved”, then click the Update button. |

Got that one. Now to test, I made an application, approved it on the administration side and changed the settings to “Yes” to send notification to the registration. The system doesn’t change the Default “No” to Yes to send notification and doesn’t send any emails. |
Hi, May I ask which status did you set the registration to when you Approved it? |
|
|
“Approved” |
You might also consider changing the status to “Pending Payment” which will require them to make the payment before their spot is reserved. In any case, you can go to Event Espresso > Messages > Messages Activity to see what’s logged there for the attempted messages. If nothing is logged there, you can click on the Settings tab to make sure the message types are activated. |
