Ticket Scan-Out for Re-Entry

Hello, we need to be able to “check-out” attendees by scanning tickets in order to allow re-entry scanning. Is this possible with event espresso or can it be further developed to work in this way?

Hi Jeff,

Tickets can’t currently be checked out by re-scanning them. You can search for the attendee in the mobile app and manually check them out though.

Sorry, to answer your other question, it would be difficult for you to customise this as although the plugin could be customised, the app would also need to be customised to accommodate the changes.
