Ticket Marked As Reserved

A ticket is marked as reserved. I find out how to find out who reserved the ticket or how to reverse it. This is causing a spot to be taken but not paid for. How can I remove reserved tickets?

Hi there,

Tickets are marked as reserved when a user selects them on the ticket selector and submits the selection. They should stay reserved for the duration of the user’s session, which by default is 1 hour, and then be released.

How long has the ticket in question been reserved for?
