We have several active events and each one has to have its own entry, but we can not create custom templates, we do not see the create custom button on the html ticket … what is it due?
So to confirm, in the event itself when you look in the notifications section and on the ticket message you see this? – http://take.ms/k4sUxd
If so it means your default message template is set to override all custom templates, go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Ticket.
