Ticket addon link from email doesn't work

Hi all,
Installed the ticket addon and when linking from emails the ticket url looks like http://www.domain.com/?ticket_launch=true&id=33&r_id=1-54f448479cb8c&html=true

Which does nothing but display the site’s homepage. Just wondering what this is supposed to be and how to fix it without breaking the upgrade path?

Also wondering why the invoices are broken displaying html markup in the rendered PDF?

Sorry am a new customer and expected this to work.

Hi,

The URL (barring the domain.com) looks correct for EE3 Ticketing.

Can you confirm that an attendee with the registration ID 1-54f448479cb8c exists and that an event with the ID 33 exists?

Got an example as this should not be occurring?
