I am using Event Espresso for vendor registration. This form has the option to add extra badges. When the vendor registers I get two transactions. I have not opened my tickets for guest yet but have add on options. If they add a t-shirt or shipping will I have 3 different transactions? How do we keep in 1 transaction?
There should be only one transaction. May I ask do each of those items have different transaction IDs when you go to Event Espresso > Transactions and view them there?
A screenshot of this & a link to the event in question would be most helpful because I’m afraid it’s not clear how you’re even adding the option for extra badges.
I can leave the email address in a private reply, and you could try sending an email with a screenshot. We’ve had issues with emails with attachments getting bounced.
