Ok main cause of 103 on AIM is the credentials are incorrect.
Can you double check you have all of the required credentials and they are correct. See:

Also, I’m assuming you have an auth.net AIM account?
Auth.net have actually deprecated AIM and SIM in favour of another integration method, we have a payment method specifically for that method here:

Ok, I re-entered all credentials again. Now am getting error code 35

Error 35 means there is an issue with your account, you’ll need to contact Auth.net and have them investigate.
Just to note, with auth.net you can get the response for all error codes here:
https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/responseCodes.html
For 35, this is response:
CODE: 35
EXPLANATION: An error occurred during processing. Call Merchant Service Provider.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS: The merchant was incorrectly set up at the processor.
