Hi Laura, I’m trying to reproduce this so I can see what is happening but so far I’ve been unable to, do you know which version of PHP your site is running? |

Hi sorry I told you the wrong version of WordPress I had. Here is the details of the site and error messages. Thank you When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information: Error Details |
Hmm, strange. I’m not able to reproduce this. The first step I would take is to reinstall Event Espresso to confirm all files are correct. First, create a database backup (just to be safe). Then Deactivate and Delete EE4 through Dashboard -> Plugins (none of you Event data will be lost but we created a database backup just to be sure anyway). Now go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin. Download Event Espresso 4 from your account page. The .zip file that just downloaded, select it in the upload plugin section above and install again. Does it work now or throw the same error? |

Hey Tony! |
Great! I’m glad that fixed it. Sounds like an update failed or something altered the files within Event Espresso, which then caused the above error. As a one-off I wouldn’t worry about it but if continues to happen this should be investigated further. |
