Whenever someone tries to register for my course they are getting this error message.
I tried on several classes and it keeps happening:

An error has occurred:
There were errors creating the Event Espresso database tables and Event Espresso has been deactivated. To view the errors, please enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file.

I own a school and my livelihood is through booking these classes. I don’t know how many people I’m losing out on because of this.

Every search I did comes out to “Support fixed it” So I can’t do anything on my end or don’t know what you need.

Hi,

We’ve received your request for priority support and we’re looking into this right now.

May I ask when did this start happening? Was it today, earlier this week, or some other day?

Also, are you aware of any changes the web host has made to the web server from around the time the errors started happening?

Hi again,

I’ve done some troubleshooting and have found that the _esp_answer table is missing from your site. Has anyone been working on the site’s database recently?

What you’ll need to do is contact your web host, and ask them if they can restore that single table from a backup (ideally they’d just restore that one table and not the entire database).

You can also let them know that there’s a database error happening when there’s attempt to re-add that table:

Tablespace for {prefix}_esp_answer exists. Please DISCARD the tablespace before IMPORT

If the web host support staff isn’t sure how to correct the above error, they can follow this answer:
