Hi, I had a ticket that I never followed up with that is now closed (https://eventespresso.com/topic/themeroller-not-working-post-update/) I updated EE again just yesterday to the newest: 3.1.36.4 When you first released the themroller feature I could try out the different options in the drop down (ex: mint-choc, start, peppergrinder etc..) I’d love to be able to change the style because the current one is a black color combo that doesn’t really look great on my site. I previously had something different set. I’d appreciate any help in figuring out what the glitch is. Thanks! |

Hi there, I took a look at your site and I noticed it has the Headway theme. This may be the Headway cache feature causing the change not to show up. Can you try disabling the Headway theme’s caching option in Headway » Options? |
|
Hello, in addition to adjusting the caching option for Headway could you please try performing a force refresh? http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#force-refresh This will check the site for the latest CSS files. — |

Hello, I tried the force refresh and turning caching off in the Headway options. No dice…I would really like to utilize the different Themeroller styles. I really don’t like the color scheme of the default that I’m stuck with. 🙁 |

Hello, The orange header color is coming from your theme’s stylesheet: http://cl.ly/image/1v2z2Q3q3e36 The black background is coming from a plugin related to your Headway theme (see bottom right corner): http://cl.ly/image/1k281P3x2H38 What color are you trying to change this to? — |
|
I’d like to change the black background. I thought that changes along with the font color when you change the style of the themeroller. Isn’t that the idea? |
|
What color are you trying to change the black background to? The themeroller changes should be updating, however your theme is replacing those styles. —

That’s odd because at one point the Themeroller was working over the Headway…maybe somewhere in the back and forth updates Headway started to dominate. Honestly anything besides Black. White would be better. Something lighter that matches the website would be best. |

Add this CSS to a plugin like My Custom CSS: .ui-widget-header { border: 1px solid #eeeeee; background: #FFFFFF 50% 50% repeat-x; color: #ffffff; font-weight: bold; } Then refresh the page. — |
