I developed a site in a subdomain and then moved it to the top level of the domain. In the subdomain the custom Themeroller Style I created worked but since the move it does not. The name of the Themeroller Style is selected and “Use Themeroller Style Sheets” is turned on. I am using Safari and When I look at the rules in Show Page Source mode the custom rules are there but have lines drawn through them. I have double checked the instructions for file and folder placement and what I have now (the same as it was before moving the domain) is correct. Any suggestions?

The website address is: http://thefamilyway.com/seminar_register/?ee=6

Hi,

Where were the theme files installed?

It is in the page source:

/wp-content/uploads/espresso/themeroller/TFWP-EE/style.css?ver=3.1.36.4.P

Do you have a screenshot of what it looks like on the dev site? You can upload to WP Media and link to it here.

There is no dev site now. I transitioned it to the main site. The dev site was shortest.thefamilyway.com (subdomain) and it is not the familyway.com. The main site files are the same files used for the dev site.

And, yes, the page source is /wp-content/uploads/espresso/themeroller/TFWP-EE/style.css.

I can tell you that for one thing the event header is supposed to be color #70a9ea and have rounded borders.

Could you follow these steps:

1) Fix this broken link:

http://cl.ly/image/1B3G3W2T1h0g

2) Update to the current software:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/change-log/

3) Once the latest software is running, toggle the default theme on and then toggle it off.

Let us know if this helps.

I am running EE 3.1.36.4.P and WordPress 3.9.1. As for fixing the link to the broken image I don’t know what its for, where it is, or what its linked to.

I have toggled the default theme and that doesn’t help.

It might help to know that I deactivated 3.1.36.4.P and activated EE4 clearing the database but decided I don’t want to use it at this time. I then deactivated it and went back to 3.1.36.4.P.

Sorry, I meant the latest software for Event Espresso 3:

3.1.36.5.P

I tried everything but no go. I finally re-did the custom Themeroller theme and replaced the old one and it worked. Thanks for your efforts.
