Theme Conflict

I seem to be having some conflicts between EE (Version 3.1.36.5.P, plus multi-event add-on) and my WordPress theme (Elegant Themes – OnTheGo). I think EE has disabled the dropdown menu and is causing the featured slider not to load its content. I am also missing the WP admin bar when I preview the site. These problems persist even when all plugins are disabled, but didn’t happen until EE was installed.

Can you help?
