There is a registrant claiming that he is registered for our event, but he is not in the registrations list of the event.
There is approval message sent him and us that can be seen on the messages section of event espresso.
I have checked the transection ID from the event espresso and seen the page in the following link. It is saying that “The transaction either failed due to an error or was abandoned” and there is no receipt nor invoice for the transection, but it seems the transection went through on our PayPal account.
It could be that they did not return to your site after they made the payment at PayPal.com. This can be prevented by switching to the PayPal Express Checkout with Smart Buttons gateway, because then they will not leave your site.
