Hola estoy teniendo el siguiente problema, cuando intento enviar mensajes de prueba desde el “Edit Message Templates” obtengo el siguiente error:
“An error has occurred:
The test message was not sent
Messages_Admin_Page – _do_test_send – 1952”
he reseteado todos los templates, y aún así el error sigue, en los foros no he encontrado ninguna solución.

Hello,
What version of Event Espresso 4 are you using for your project?
You can find this information through your WordPress plugins page (WP-admin –> Plugins).
If you are using a version older that 4.8.42, then I recommend first backing up your website and then updating to the current release. You can see the changelog for Event Espresso 4 here:

Are you receiving any other email notifications from your site?
For example, through WordPress (e.g. password reset email) or through any other plugins?

Si, puedo recibir otro tipo de correos, por ejemplo: cuando le doy a lost password.

Okay, I have another idea on what may be causing this. Could you go to WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings?
Does the organization name have any characters like dashes or apostrophes?

No, no tiene dashes o apostrofes, he intentado las soluciones de otro foro pero sigue igual, incluso lo he instalado en otro servidor desde 0 y tampoco funciona, creo que el problema es en el plugin, agradecería si podrían resolverlo.

Hello, is this server on the same web host that the original site is on?
If so, try using a transactional email service which will take over sending email notifications.
