I am struggling with my password protected ticket sales. Everything looks fine on the back-end, but the password isn’t working for people. Out of frustration, I made it public. But it’s still asking for the password!
I looked on your site and there was no password on your ticket. So this caching issue.
Check your site for WP cache plugin and purge everything, If you’re using cloudflare, you can also clear the cache there. you can also check your hosting for possible cache.
