I’ve merged your 3 topics into one. Can you resend the WordPress admin password? I’m afraid the password you sent is incorrect. The FTP information you sent is correct, so no need to resend those.
I’m not sure what you mean. How is this a recurring issue? I’m not aware of a cause other than someone went in and deleted parts of your site’s database.
