I’m looking at EE4 and trying to determine if the structure fits our needs. |
Hi Peter, You can assign a ticket to a specific datetime by clicking on the advanced icon (gear) on the ticket editor: http://ee-screenshots.s3.amazonaws.com/multiple_tickets_per_datetime.gif You’ll also want to edit the name of the tickets to clarify the different classes (e.g morning, afternoon, etc). — |

OK that’s fine – I understand that I will need to create a new ticket for each session. |
Do you have a link to your event so we can take a look? — |

Here it is : |
Hi, These are the options that are set on that event: http://cl.ly/image/1y2c2D0K1J0Z This matches what is set in the event editor in the WordPress dashboard. What is missing? — |

OK I have created named tickets that correspond to the Event date times. However the information seems inverted, details are shown for the tickets and then the event for which the ticket is valid. For us the approach is that the date time for the session should have more prominence, i.e. I don’t really care about the dates that the ticket is available but rather the dates for the session and this seems to be shown further down the page. Class A Class B Rather than what is displayed: Etc Thanks for your help with this. |
If the classes (A,B,C) are unrelated then you could split them into multiple events. Then you could add the name of the session to the beginning of the ticket name so it would look like this: Class A Session 1 – Ticket A — |
