Hi there,
You can switch your license type from within your account page above your license keys you’ll find the option to switch.
Remove the license key from your current site and save the settings, we can then rest your license key and you can set it on the new site without any issues.

I just paid for a renewal of the existing license in May. When I click to change license it tells me I need to pay for the full license.
How do I get a credit toward the conversion to EE4 Everything? EE4 Personal License?
Please set that up for me.

I replied but have not seen a reply.
I clicked the dropdown to EE4 Personal License and Reviewed and submitted. The backend now says
“Your Active Subscriptions:
CancelEE3 Business License
Created: 2016-05-24 (UTC)
Cost: $124.98/year
Renews On: 2018-05-24 (UTC)
This subscription changes to Event Espresso 4 Personal with a new price of $104.91/year when it renews.”
Why does it not say that my active license is EE4 Personal now? It says it won’t be EE4 Personal until renewal??
