Can there be a Surcharge with a Surcharge Type of “Flat Rate + Percent”?

Hi Kirk,

It isn’t possible currently. Something similar is coming in Event Espresso 4.0 where multiple charges (tax, surcharge, etc) can be applied to tickets.
