Support Site License Key not working. Domain matches. Key matches, but am getting error:
“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
I received the email and followed the instructions, but the same error persists. Clearing and re-entering the support key into the options page didn’t seem to have any effect.
Can you try removing the key from the field twice, so that you end up saving the blank field a second time? I’ll reset the key again, it may take a second try to get the old key data out.
