I purchased a support license and never put it against a live site.
I can log in to my account fine (on your website) and can see my Support License Key but when I enter it into my WordPress site it says that it isn’t a valid key. What am I doing wrong?
I can recommend contacting the sales team because there doesn’t appear to be a support license attached to your account. They’ll be able to help you sort this out.
