Support License Key problem

Feeling a bit ticked off. Getting this error on my wordpress dashboard: “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
So I followed the instructions that said I need to do a reset on my License Key. But I wasn’t aware I had to pay for this!?! What is that about? I have to pay again? I very confused. I only have it installed on one site. And I’ve paid once already.
