We have requested that this be reset several times – it has had no impact on the license. It constantly appears to be invalid. This needs to be escalated ASAP – as we can not run necessary updates. |

Hi Melanie, I checked on the stats for your account. Can you log in to dev.jacksonartnh.com and if there’s a key set in Event Espresso > General Settings there, remove the key and save? After that the updates should work on your live site. |

We changed the site from dev.jacksonartnh.com to http://www.jacksonartnh.com some time ago. |

Hi Melanie, You currently have an EE4 support license but you site is running EE3. Are you looking to update to EE4 or the latest version of EE3? (they are different systems so I just want to check beforehand) |

You have a support license for EE4, which does not include access to EE3 which your site currently runs, so that message is actually valid. If you would like to continue to use EE3 rather than EE4 you’ll need to switch your license to EE3, you can do that from your account page. Above your license keys you will find a dropdown to change your license type. Select one of the EE3 licenses and follow the on screen instructions to switch over. Once you have the correct license for EE3 the license key will work. |
