I took some time and looked into this. I think I found what went wrong: It turns out there’s another account here on ee.com that had another key set on your site. I’ve removed that association and have reset your account’s key just in case.
What you can do now from your end is go to your site’s WP dashboard, then the Event Espresso > General Settings page. Then you’ll verify the correct key is set there (it needs to match the key on your user page here). Then click the Save button (you’ll click that button even if the key is already correctly there).

I’m having the same error as the user above. My wordpress dashboard says that there is new version of EE (we use 3) but it’s not available to me since my support key is invalid. I log into our EE site and the support key is valid through 11/11/21 and is currently active on our website: http://www.cancersupportvvsb.org. What can I do to resolve this?
