support license invalid ee3

My WordPress dashboard says that there’s an update available for EE but when I try to update, it’s not available to me because I have an invalid support key license. I log into our EE account and it shows the license as active (through 11/11/21) and active on our site: http://www.cancersupportvvsb.org. Please help.

Hi,

I checked and it appears that your account does not have access to the Recurring Events Manager add-on. What you could do is temporarily deactivate that plugin, then run the updates. Then after doing the updates you can reactivate the REM plugin. If you need assistance with getting a support license for REM, you can contact the sales team.
