Support License Key is invalid

Hi,
It says “An automatic update for Event Espresso is available but your Support License Key is invalid”. I’ve copy and pasted the key that was on my account page into the Event Espresso General Settings page and I still get the same message. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Do you have a support license on another account with Event Espresso?

The one that you have logged in with does not have an active support license.
