I just purchased a personal EE4 license for a client site to replace her existing EE4 personal license (purchased through another account). The entered the new license key but it doesn’t work. This is for https://wilcoxhealingcenter.com
I checked and as of right now there are two accounts pointed to that site (the other one is wpm). I’ve reset the key for the wpm account and for the infowebpuzzlemaster-com account.
You may also need to temporarily deactivate the EE4 MailChimp & EE4 calendar add-ons on that site before you do the update to EE4 core. Or you could add those add-ons to your account.
