Support Licence expired

Hi, I used my support licence in a development site without realising, then I deactivated, but now I cant use it in my production site, Event Expresso is saying that the licence is expired, how do I fix this?

Hi,

Can you go to your production site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page, remove the key there and click Save. Then go to your account page on this site, copy the key listed there (it says “Not currently activated on any websites” just beneath the key), the pastethat key into your production site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page, then save.
