Support Key not valid

Hi!
My system says that my support key is not valid and that i am using it on multiple domains… which is actually not true…
what to do?

Hi there,

I can’t see any issues on your account so I’ve reset your license key, if you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key and save the settings, then replace the key and save the settings once again, that should remove the notice from the page.

If you have any further problems please let us know.

Have you recently moved that site?

The account provided didn’t have the correct capabilities assigned to it so I reset those through Event Espresso.

The license key on your site is currently valid so I’ve dismissed the notice. You should now be able to download the update for Event Espresso.
