Support Key Not Activacted

Hi,

I have 2 support keys, one for the development site and another for the live site. I can’t manage to activate the one for the live site and I’ve got a few updates that I need to do. The domain is maltaigamingseminar.com.

Can someone help me out?

Hi Gabriel,

We do not provide a support key to be used within development sites.

There are 2 license key within your account, one has a suffix of _FREE which is to be used with the Decaf version of Event Espresso.

On your Dev site you’ll need to remove the license key and update Event Espresso manually there, we have a guide to updating manually here:

Then use the license key you are currently using within the Dev site on your Live site to use the 1 Click updates there.

I have reset the license key so that it can be assigned to the Live sites domain (just entered the key into Event Espresso to do so)
