Support for registrations not entered in the participant overview

Dear support team, we have been using EventEspresso to register for our summer camps on the https://www.brainsports.at domain for many years. This year it happens again and again that registrations are sent to the customers and to us by e-mail, but are NOT entered in the participant overview in the event press. I have checked everything on our side technically so far, but I can not find any errors. I now turn to you in the hope that you can help … Thank you very much!

Hi there,

The above issue can happen for a couple of reasons, the main one being caching.

I can see in the page source code of your site that you have at least WP Super cache enabled and that it is caching EE event pages. So the first thing I would recommend is you exclude all EE pages from caching, we have some details on doing this here:

(The instructions are for EE4 but for EE3 it’s similar)

The slugs used for the pages need to match what is in use on your site, for example on your site, the ‘event-registration’ page is using anmeldung-stammdaten-bestatigung.

In short what can happen is if you cache the registration pages the same values are used for multiple registrations until the cache expired, each registration using the same cached values will basically overwrite the previous one. Emails trigger for each registration as they are added but it’s basically overwriting the last one each time.
